The permanent side of the agency is there to provide service to both the nannies and families willing to make at least a one-year commitment (With the exception of a summer placement). The nannies don't just care for your children-they actually become part of your family. This long-term relationship fosters a safe and secure environment for your children to grow and bloom. The Mom Connection will counsel you on the most affordable childcare solution for your family. Our placement agency offers a very cost effective and competitive means for hiring quality nannies. Temporary/ On Call Services
All of our Nannies whether permanant, temporary or on call have a variety of backgrounds. Often they are college/graduate students, career professionals (ie: teachers, nurses, social workers, etc.) or nannies
seeking just the right permanent position. The Mom Connection understands the importance of providing consistency for children. We will always strive to provide our clients with familiar faces. | Mommy Nanny A Mommy Nanny is a nanny who would like to bring along her child. A qualified mother with previous child care experience could be a great benefit for your children. TMC will still do all the work of finding your Mommy Nanny and save you money. A Mommy Nanny's full-time salary is on average 20% less a week. |
Shared Care
This situation involves one nanny and two families. The nanny works in one home and might spend alternating weeks at the other home. The nanny cares for both families' children in one home. This usually works best if there are no more than 2-3 children when the families are combined. When two families pull together their resources they can offer an attractive employment package at a reasonable cost per family.
