Permanent Placement:


Nannies earn between $13-$18 an hour depending on hours, experience, number of children and other benefits. We can help you design an employment agreement that meets both the needs of your family and the nanny. Make sure and start the relationship off right with your nanny by working through all the terms of your employment agreement prior to the starting date. Make a schedule before she starts to show her what may be required in a typical month.

Your agreement should also include scheduled times to sit down and discuss how things are going. Open communication is key in keeping a lasting relationship with your nanny. She is now part of your family. Nannies have a difficult and very important job and appreciate when they are acknowledged for doing so.

Permanent Placement Fee


PLEASE NOTE: This is a One Time Agency fee due for the following placements. When a nanny is placed with your family. You negotiate her wages with her and any other benefits offered. She is than paid directly by your family each pay date. We offer a Free Tax Consultation as part of our service to you-
The agency referral fee is due once your selection has been made and a nanny is scheduled to start, $125.00 of the fee is non refundable if you choose to cancel within the first 30 days. Please view our guarantee below.

 Part Time-$525.00 (30 hrs or less)

Full Time-$725.00 (over 30hours)

Live In-$925.00

Nanny Wages:

Nannies are paid between:
$13.00-18.00 hr
(1.00 per additional child) 
Nanny rates also vary depending on experience and education.

On Call /Hotel/Event assignments 

Above rates are minimum allowable rates. Tipping for a job well done is always appreciated by Nannies.

On Call and Hotel Services

These Fees are applicable for each Day/Evening or Weekend that sitting services are requested. All nanny requests must be coordinated through a The Mom  Connection Placement Coordinator.
On Call and Hotel Nanny Wages vary, depending on Nanny and Request.

 Nannies will be paid for a minimum of four hours. Wages will be paid in CASH directly to the Nanny upon completion of the assignment. Depending on the assignment, nanny wages may be slightly higher.

Please reimburse caregivers for all parking costs and any Transportation Fee that applies to Hotel assignments. Transportation Fee is between $5.00-$10.00

Our Guarantee

We offer a 60 day guarantee. If for any reason the nanny is terminated or resigns the position within 60 days of the start date, the Agency will use reasonable efforts to secure one replacement Candidate. If termination occurs during the first 30 days, we will either refund our fee minus $125.00 which is non refundable or replace the nanny at no additional charge. No refunds will be made for any reason after the 30th day. If termination occurs after the 30th day but before the 60th, we will replace the candidate at no additional charge.
