We are seeking nannies with excellent qualifications and outstanding references, for immediate employment.

For Immediate attention from our Placement Coordinator - simply submit an application to our agency and you will be contacted by phone to set up an in-person interview after receipt of your application. You may download the Nanny Application and mail it to TMC P.O. Box 3752 Yuba City CA 95992 or email it to care@themomconnection.com  Please remember we will need a copy of your DMV printout, Cpr-First aid certification, Photo of yourself, Letter of recommendation, Resume and any Childcare Certificates.
There is never a fee for you as a nanny to apply!

Thank you for your  interest in The Mom Connection. This begins the process of becoming a Professional Nanny with TMC. Based on your Experience, Education and other factors we consider, you will receive a call from a  Placement Coordinator. Not all Nannies are accepted. Remember nannies are in extension of a family and a profession to take seriously.


Our Requirements for Nannies


Minimum requirements are:
 
1. Documented childcare experience
2. Education in Child Development
3. Cpr-First Aid Certified
4. Trustline
5. At least 18 years of age
6. Valid drivers license
7. Legal right to work in the U.S.
                   8. Reliable and insured vehicle
                   9. Genuine love of children 
                  10. Cpr- First Aid Certified 
                  11. Pass a Background Check 
                  12. A written application and a personal interview that can last up to three hours.
                  13.Statewide, criminal records check on each applicant, along with a Child Abuse and
                       neglect screening through Trustline. Any applicant, who has lived outside of their 
                      current state of residence, within the last five years, will also be screened in the
                      county of the state in which they previously resided.
                  14. A current physical exam, T.B. skin test can be required
                  15. Names and telephone numbers of a permanent nanny's references will be  
                        provided for the families upon your request.
